desert small village with 5 diamonds and more!

yeah I know! XD the seed is odd but it works! please don't ask how I founded it! but you spawn near desert and there theres a village where the is blacksmith with 5 diamonds in it and just 1 house and a fountain! that's it! you can perfectly live there and its a great start! I use this seed sometimes! its great!(:
theres a flat area too!
