XD the seed is odd but it works! please don't ask how I founded it! but you spawn near desert and there theres a village where the is blacksmith with 5 diamonds in it and just 1 house and a fountain! that's it! you can perfectly live there and its a great start! I use this seed sometimes! its great!(:
theres a flat area too!

there are LOTS of trees and LOTS of coal and iron showing
there is sand near too
I don't know anything else since I just spend a while in it but my friend told me its a great seed for survival!(:
